Veronica’s Room
by Ira Levin
directed by Larry Schmidt
January 11–13 & 18–20

Susan, a Boston college student, has been invited to visit the Brabissant mansion because of her strong resemblance to the long-dead daughter of the house, Veronica. She is induced to impersonate Veronica for a while to give some comfort to the grieving family, but once she begins playing the role she finds herself locked in Veronica's room. Is she really Susan trapped in a role, or is she Veronica pretending to be an imaginary Susan? This chilling story mixes fantasy and reality and builds to a surprising climax.
